INTRODUCING DR. JILL HAGEN,
NEW JERSEY’S MOST POPULAR PODIATRISTS!
If you have hammertoes, bunions, heel spurs or any other condition that makes your feet hurt, you need Dr. Jill Hagen. Dr. Hagen loves feet and has dedicated her life to making feet happy and healthy. Her patients will tell you she is knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. You can trust her advice and skills, which are backed by more than twenty years of experience and expertise.
Dr. Hagen offers the absolute latest in cosmetic and corrective foot care, including laser surgery, toe shortening, cosmetic foot surgery for more beautiful feet, shock wave and radiofrequency for heel pain and alcohol injections for neuromas.
Her knowledge of sports medicine makes her a popular choice for athletes who suffer foot and ankle injuries such as heel or arch pain, tendonitis, bursitis or fractures.
To help ensure patient comfort and safety, Dr. Hagen employs state-of-the-art techniques such as minimal incision surgical techniques and intraoperative fluoroscopy, which shortens surgery time and reduces postoperative complications. Problems such as warts, ingrown toenails and fungal toenails can often be treated with lasers, which reduce discomfort and bleeding. Bunions, hammertoes, spurs and cosmetic foot problems involving bones usually require more traditional surgical techniques. Nevertheless, Dr. Hagen takes extraordinary measures with these patients to make postoperative recovery as easy as possible.
Although Dr. Hagen is a skilled surgeon, she takes a conservative approach to podiatry, recommending surgery only when it is the final or only solution. She strives to resolve the source of foot pain while taking personal factors into account such as how many hours a day a patient must spend on his/her feet, what type of shoes the patient typically wears (or would like to wear) and how many days can be taken off from work.
Dr. Hagen believes an informed consumer makes better health care choices and makes sure that her patients are fully informed of all their treatment choices.
